2. No Other Representation
No Permanent Staff: The Individual does not employ full-time or part-time agents, managers, assistants, or third-party representatives for ongoing business operations. The Individual retains direct, personal control over all creative, ethical, and strategic decisions.
- No Phone/Video Calls: The Individual never initiates unsolicited phone calls, video calls, or voice messages for business purposes. Any such communication claiming to be from the Individual is fraudulent.
- No Personal Accounts: The Individual does not use personal email addresses (e.g., @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com, or non-gmail.com addresses) or personal social media accounts for business.
3. Warning to Partners
- Verification Required: Any individual or entity claiming to represent Q. Dagbjort Huangington via any channel not listed above is not authorized to do so.
- No Liability: The Individual and the Brand shall not be held liable for any actions, requests, payments, or communications made by anyone impersonating the Individual or the Brand.
- Zero Tolerance: Any attempt to solicit funds, request sensitive data, or negotiate terms from an unauthorized channel will be reported to the relevant platform and law enforcement as fraud.
4.a. Action for Suspected Impersonation If you receive a communication that appears to be from the Individual but does not originate from the Official Business Email or Verified Social Media listed above:
- Do Not Respond.
- Do Not Send Money or Data.
- Report the account to the platform immediately.
- Verify by forwarding the suspicious message to qdagbjorthuangington@gmail.com for confirmation.
4.b. AI Impersonation Call Bots & Receiver Protection If any automated call, voice synthesis, or AI agent attempts to contact the Individual, the Brand, or any recipient (the "Receiver"), or if any call is accepted that falsely claims to represent the Brand (Q. Dagbjort Huangington), the Individual, or any third party trusted by the Receiver:
Active Misdirection (Two-Way Defense): The Individual or the Receiver reserves the absolute right to engage in active defensive misdirection against the attacker. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Deception: Providing false, misleading, or contradictory information to waste the attacker's time and resources.
- Garden Pathing: Redirecting the interaction to fake verification loops, non-functional channels, or nonsensical scenarios designed to exhaust the attacker's logic.
- Data Disruption: Feeding automated systems with incoherent data to disrupt their operations and prevent successful fraud.
- No Liability: These actions are taken solely for defensive purposes against malicious actors. Neither the Individual nor the Receiver shall be held liable for any confusion, delay, financial loss, or resource waste suffered by the attacker as a result of these counter-measures.
- Recording & Exposure: The Individual or Receiver may record such interactions (where legally permissible) and use them as evidence for public exposure, platform reporting, and law enforcement referral.
- Zero Trust & Presumption of Fraud: The Individual never utilizes AI bots, voice synthesis, or unsolicited calls for business. Any call claiming to be from the Brand, the Individual, or any entity claiming to be the Receiver (via a compromised channel) is immediately presumed fraudulent and subject to these counter-measures.
Authorized Representation (Occasional Delegation)
1. Occasional Delegation Only: The Individual reserves the right to appoint Authorized Representatives on an ad-hoc, occasional basis solely for specific, time-limited tasks (e.g., a single contract negotiation, a specific payment processing event, or a one-time legal filing).
- Scope Limitation: Any such delegation is strictly limited to the specific task assigned. The Representative has no ongoing authority to act on the Individual's behalf beyond the completion of that specific task.
- No "Shadow" Agents: There are no standing, unlisted, or "shadow" agents. Any Representative must be explicitly introduced for the specific occasion.
2. Verification Protocol (Mandatory) To prevent impersonation, any Authorized Representative must meet the following criteria to be considered valid:
- Official Introduction: The Representative must be introduced via the Official Business Email (qdagbjorthuangington@gmail.com) by the Individual, explicitly stating their name, the specific task they are authorized to perform, and the expiration of their authority.
- No Cold Contact: The Individual will never initiate contact with a partner via a third party who was not previously introduced via the Official Business Email.
- Verification: Partners may (and are encouraged to) verify the Representative's status by replying directly to the Official Business Email.
3. Liability & Authority
- Individual's Control: The Authorized Representative acts only as a conduit for the Individual's instructions. They cannot override the Master Collaboration Policy, Creative Autonomy, or Privacy Pledge.
- Invalidity of Unauthorized Acts: Any action taken by a third party not explicitly introduced via the Official Business Email is deemed unauthorized, invalid, and subject to the Impersonation & Active Defense protocols.
